Payment System

Greetings, My name is Travis Walters. I am currently working on a huge project for another client. One of the tasks is to create a payment system. I have never created one before so I would like assistance. I would like the payment system to be similar to rentacoder's payment system. I would like to use Paypal, Snail Mail, and Western Union as payment options. In your bids, please inform me of how much each option would cost individually. I would like to keep cost below $50 dollars so keep that in mind when bidding. Please note, this project will be running on a Coldfusion server with a MS SQL Server 2005 database. I require the winning coder to have these programs available. I am not sure if my client would grant another party access to these utilities. Having said that, would you need anything on my end? I can provide you with a relational schema of the database showing all tables related to the END_USER table. This is where information about the users will be stored. You will be given this document before bid acceptance. If you would like to do this project, please respond to all my questions. Bidders who ignore my questions will not get responses. This project will lead to other projects with payment systems although I require DETAILED documentation on how to code this myself in the future.
