65060 Media for Clubs Management App

The Brief: ======= We need a website app in cold fusion built to enable Designers to show media to clubs, and the clubs to log in and add comments or attachments to the media for revision by the designer. The designer then logs in, checks the revision from the clubs, makes a new version of the media, uploads the new media for the club to review. The attached word document goes into more detail with images. Media from the designers will be a JPG, swf, mp2 ( images, flash and video ) For the preview page flash and video can open in a new window. The graphic design will be provided. A server will be provided with MYsql and coldfusion I will require dally updates of progress by email. This is a 3 stage job, you will be bidding on the first 2 stages ad per word doc diagram. Payment will be on completion of each stage. I can deposit into escrow at the beginning of the project. This can be developed in PHP or coldfusion as our servers supports both.
