Web and WAP chat site

Essentially a browser based chat room system, comprising of three distinct divisions. Purpose of this system, is too attract subscribers to chat within private rooms or public rooms with one another. All chats are saved. ASP and SQL are preferred but all solutions are welcome. There is a very detailed specification for the project available ## Deliverables Essentially a browser based chat room system, comprising of the following three distinct division and functionality: Subscriber Operator Administrator Purpose of this system, is too attract subscribers to chat within private rooms or public rooms with one another. In order to attract more subscribers, operators posing as particular characters will frequent the various chat rooms. All chats are saved. 1) Subscribers: Subscribers need to register on the system by SMS(TEXTING) a particular keyword to a Short Code Service. Once the user has accepted the terms and conditions via sms, a push message will be sent to the subscriber containing a WAP link to their particular profile with this system, in order for them to complete their registration details. The personal details recorded must use the MSISDN (Mobile/Cell Phone No) as their unique key. There must be an option to Upload a photo via MMS or via the website. 2)Operators: Purpose of the operator chat is to attract more subscribers. Operators have multiple characters which they can switch between at any time. Characters are created via the administration system. Operaters can chat to users in private or in the general chat rooms. 3)Administration: The administrator can add operators, add characters, approve/deny pictures and view reports.
