iPhone App Demo Needed

I am looking to create a demo of an app. It needs to do the following. I also need a combination of design work and and programming for this project. 1) I have a very basic iPhone app/game that I can give you the files for. 2) I need to build an interstitial screen that lists ads (deals) on a screen. 3) When user clicks one of these ads/deals, it will take them to a 2nd screen that will show static deal details. This screen will have a field at the bottom for the user to enter their email address and click submit. The deal info will then be emailed to the user's email address. 4) The email will contain an html 5 link that determines the user's location. When clicked this will detect the user's location. If the user is at the correct address, it will show a redemption screen that includes the deal voucher. This may not have to be functional. It could be an illustration/demo only. This is all I need done. I will pay promptly upon completion. I will also write an excellent review for you. I will also provide potential mockups to follow. I need this done in about 2 weeks.
