Permission issues with SSL in multi-domain Wordpress shopping cart with WPML

Hello, I have a 2 domain wordpress install with WPML and Woocommerce and 2 shopping carts under the same install. I recently installed an SSL certificate in a multi-domain shopping cart and I have 2 bugs I need fixed: The first one is I have a CDN plugin that converts the URLs to my CDN address (i.e. from [login to view URL] to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]) I need to reconfigure this plugin to make sure it does not activate and rewrite the URLs when SSL is in session. The second problem right now is on the Spanish version of the shopping cart none of the css/js/and images load because of permission issues. I would need all css/js/image URLs in HTML that are written as [login to view URL] to be written as [login to view URL] when SSL is in session (example [login to view URL] rewritten to [login to view URL]) I believe the best way to accomplish this would be by using code already in the "CDN Linker" plugin that needs to be repaired in bug 1. I expect this project to be completed in one session or one nights work as my shopping cart does about ~$100 in sales a day so each day the shopping cart is inoperable I lose money. If you leave my shopping cart inoperable overnight, I will cancel the project and dispute the funds, this will be unacceptable.
