Virtual Assitant Needed

I need a virtual assistant that speaks great english, works hard, has a recent version of photoshop, that they use frequently, and is comfortable working with adult material. Also must feel comfortable with your ability to come up with phrases to be used on banner and website designs. The primary task I will need done on a regular basis is: Banner Translations- I get most of my banners made in English but since I promote sites to multiple countries, I need someone that can translate banners for me. This may sound simple but It is not because when text gets translated from English to another language it may become longer or shorter. At that point you have to resize the text, reposition the text, or think of some different text to put on the banner. Lets say you are given a banner with a headline that says Looking For Love? and a subheadline that says Join Now To Meet Local SIngles. When translated to Greek that headline might be too long to fit the banner. At that point you have to think, what else can I put on it that makes sense. Does, Want A Date? fit, how about Find Your Match. Basically you have to be patient and creative when editing banners. I will provide a list of headlines and subheadline that I use on a regular basis but I expect you to be able to use them correctly as well as come up with some of your own. I use [login to view URL] for all of my translations. Other tasks that will be performed: -Banner Resizing: I often need banners resized to various smaller sizes. I need someone that can not only resize banners but give them to me in the right format. If I send you some animated banners, I expect to get them back as animated gif files. If I sent you static banners to resize, they should be sent back to me as .jpg files. -Search for stock photos: I use istockphoto when I need images for banners and site designs. I always try to get images that cost 1 credit because they are the cheapest but they are also hardest to find. If I say I want you to find me 10 images of white couples that I can use for dating banners, I would need you to go to itsockphoto and find good images that cost 1 credit. Copy the links and send them to me. You don't have to buy anything or signup to search for images. -Demographic research: I may give you a list of websites and have you use google ad planner to research demographics of each site. -Using a currency conversion tool like [login to view URL] and convert some advertising reports from one currency to another. Usually Euros to USD -Keyword Research Url Scraping- Basically finding lists of keywords and URL for me to use in ad campaigns. With this I might have a task like, send me 30 urls of Catholic dating websites. I may hire 2 people and keep whichever performs best, or I might just hire one person. This is long term if the work quality is good. Hours should start at 10 per week and could increase if I have more work and you have the time.
