I need some documentation here that will describe the difference between the STEP MDM (Stibo) application vs the Oracle MDM. I need a document that is going to describe what we gain and what we loss by switching to the Oracle MDM application. Obviously, you must have detailed technical experience with both applications which may be difficult find on this board. This document would need to be broken into the sections below. For each section, I need to know what we would gain or lose by switching to Oracle. 1. Data Model such as attribution and hierarchies. 2. Workflow. 3. Business Rules 4. Performance 5.
