It is possible to download binaries and documentation to setup a 60 day evaluation environment of VMware View from [login to view URL] I can provide an ESXi 5.5 host connected to the public Internet and I need a freelancer to setup an evaluation environment that would contain an Active Directory domain controller and virtual Windows 7 workstations in the domain so I can access them using VMware View Client from Windows and tablets. Look at the evaluation guide, I accept the milestones you propose but will start releasing them only when the basic installation is ready and I can connect to the virtual desktop. Post questions if needed.

I have an enriched experience on Windows and vSphere products, which is the basic requirement of this project. I am also supporting operations of VMware View environment starting from Server Hardware to the Virtual Desktop application level.
