Hi.. I have gone through details mentioned in the description of your project and feel comfortable in taking up the task. I have done several MS Access projects of different complexities on forms, reports and VBA coding. Hey, I propose the following simple solution: ASP.NET front end to capture the the required fields and this will be stored into an MS Access database. Once the data is in the database we can pretty much analyse the data as you wish. The hosting of the web form is a bit more tricky. I can host the web form for you (obviously subject to size and usage). I can normally turn around a project like this in a day. Thanks for reading
