With all the craze over magical internet money, I decided to clone a cryptocurrency. This was part joke, part art project - this will never be ICOed, won't be worth real money, but let me learn some technical details about how it works and give friends a chance to play with a cryptocurrency without fear of actually losing money.
I can code, but I'm not a software engineer. (Security research work, mathematics/crypto background.) I cloned Litecoin after a week of mostly swearing at dependencies (Boost, I'm looking at you). Only made minor changes to parameters, created a new genesis block, away we go. The code is here:

I've done a small amount of Android work before, so I thought I could tackle cloning a wallet app next. Turns out that's a lot harder than I expected - again, mostly dependencies and environment related. So, I'd like someone who actually knows what they're doing to get this up and running for me.
From what I've seen, the wallet app has almost no code in it. It's found here:

The litecoinj library handles all the underlying cryptocurrency implementation, so that's where most of the changes will likely be. It's here:

The only other changes are cosmetic and can likely be handled with search/replace. My intention is to keep the code for this open source. Again, this is a joke/educational/art project and won't ever be used to try to raise real dollars from magical internet money, but I'll also throw in a bonus of XTK if you want it, just in case :)
Hello,
I have gone through the details of your project and I find it well within my capabilities.
Please feel free to contact me directly to discuss the project.
Thanks
