I would be giving you full functional requirements as listed below 1) Add/Remove/Update Food details 2) Add/Remove/Update Users 3) View Daily, Monthly, Annual Sales reports 4) Customise Food List 5) Admin Login 6) View Orders 7) Process Orders 9) Payment Processing Via Paypall or any other method 10) You will be owner of app and source code Price would be around 1500$ for both Android app and CMS Time would be around 1 to 1.5 months approximately Please feel free to ask any question.
