Hey such a heavy and neat layout that you want. For me it is a very primary which i have done before. It can be done using Xcode 9 and Swift 4 without any interruption. Also i think simply UIKIT can fulfill this requirement. I can assure that till now there is no need to use any kind of 3rd party Library/Framework to build this app. Both horizontal and vertical scrolling can be done through native library of UIKit. Will the interfaces adapt to the device’s orientation, screen size and any changes to the available space by dynamically? or you need this to design for only some particular screens. Would it be follows the iPad compatibility also. Here it is clear that you need pushViewController rather than presentViewController or segue for navigation to another screen. Provided screen will be a UITabBarController. But i have a little screw about UINavigationBar and UISearchBar belongs to the same field or there will be a separartor line between those two UIObjects. Please confirm. Is there any limitation for maximum number of image card within horizontal scroll to download from image URLs or it will be static images which will be in project bundle, i am saying this because of there may need to be add Asyncronous image loader for loading images from URLs, so images will not conflicts anymore. This looks nice and I would love to build this app for you. It is not a problem to fulfil everything what you proposed. I would create UI in Storyboard. Regarding UIStackView, I would rather use UICollectionView for scrollable content, if that is what you meant. I did not read anything about data retrieval to be displayed so you may consider this offer as a development of sample app showing sample data. It should be done in 5 days, probably less. Btw.
