Timetable: 3-6 Months (Preferably on the shorter side of the spectrum) Required Proficiencies: Android and iOS Development as we hope to launch both applications simultaneously. Compensation: Up front payment + Equity (Negotiable) Deliverables: Assistance programming and designing application for Android and iOS, to include and not be limited to: - Development of all pages and page layouts designed within iOS for iPhone. - Integration of one (1) payment system to complete transactions within the application. - Search functionality for users to connect with the appropriate people. - Member profiles, with information about themselves, past orders, tracking, etc. - Integration with GPS, for users to connect based on their location. - Implementation of a Login System, including a settings panel with past purchases. - Development of an API, to connect with the server and pass data appropriately. - Hosting setup with the agreed upon hosting platform to house data. - Secure certificate implementation into the application, to allow for secure transactions. Description: The new app will connect people to different tasks, creating new sources of income for users and on-demand help for everyday tasks for those who need it. There are always obstacles to getting things done, whether it is not enough time, a physical limitation, or something comes up, so creating a mobile marketplace to receive help will provide a great place to create new jobs and get things done. The application will feature two types of users: workers and those who are looking for workers. The application will also feature a very simple search functionality, as well as chat and payment functionality.

Pls dont award before discussing. You want to make a marketplace in 'App' where people employer and worker will able to make a 'work-deal'. Prospective workers will list themselves on your website mentioning their availability for different kinds of jobs. Our basic understanding of the Apps: Worker will need to provide the details along with the national identification number like social security number and the cost (probably hourly) for their service. Jobs/tasks will be categorized under different categories. The Employers will able to search for workers under certain Job category and within the proximity. They will type the job name in a auto-suggest text box. Employers can select multiple workers to send work-request with 'job details'. Employer will be able to create a 'Job' beforehand and either select an existing job or create a new one and then send the 'work-request' for the job. In 'Work Request' section a communication thread will be created for communication with each worker. Once agreed Employer will make part or full payment for the job to the worker through the App. In the 'work on-progress' section Employer and Worker can track the progress of the work. We will need to make Web-backend, web-services and the iOS and Android App. We have been developing Mobile Apps in Android / iOS for the last 4.5 and web applications in Php, .net and Java-J2EE for the last 8 years.
