Ionic Native / Angular app - implement video clip sharing in existing app

We have an existing app where users can create location based content with photos taken with the phones camera. this app needs to be extended to support capturing of short video clips (30s) in medium resolution / quality from the devices camera which then can be uploaded to our webserver or a cloud based solution like firebase. the captured video associated with a content entry has to be embedded into the detail view of the content for playback/streaming. App: existing Ionic 5 - angular native app for iOS and Android using cordova build via Ionic Appflow Backend: PHP / MySQL Server (if sufficient for video upload and streaming of approx. 100 simultaneous requests) or implementation of Firebase data storage. Since the videos are supposed to be small in file size (if possible, clientside conversion of video file to be uploaded), we are aiming for a serverside solution that allows approx. 100 simultaneous requests.
