Develop Android Application

A phone application to be developed for Android and then once completed for iOs operating systems. The application purpose is for these two main reasons: - Business (Small businesses and sole traders) can simply post advertisements to find market their products/services - Consumers ( everyday people etc.) can easily find services and products relevant to them via their location. The designer of the application will need to have the skills to incorporate the following elements into the design and function of the application: - Design a simple and effective application that people can easily use. - Put a messaging system in the application so that the Business and Consumer can talk with each other - Similar to the messaging function of application ‘freelancer or messenger’ - Be able to incorporate Location services so that people can search for products and services relevant to their location. Be able to search on a map location as well as through a list. - The function of creating a ‘user account’ with the application being designed is a quick and easy process. The application designer will need to be able to link Gmail and Facebook to creating a ‘user account.’ - Design of the application will need to incorporate the best elements of the following applications out on the market already - User rating system implemented (similar to other world leading applications) so the consumer can rate the product/service and the business to rate the consumer i.e. Joe was a prompt payer
