Build A Hybrid Mobile Application - Public Forum

We need to build a mobile application which acts as a platform for the public to voice their opinion on social services such as street cleanliness, public transport, etc. The app will need to have the following minimum requirements: - Must be a hybrid app (IOS/Android) - Should preferably built using Ionic or Cordova - NoSQL Backend database (e.g. MongoDB) - Access from the app to the database should be through a NodeJS layer - Should allow login to the application through social media and form authentication - App should have email validation in case of form authentication - Design should support a 2 language UI (left-to-right and right-to-left) The app design is composed of the following: 1. 20 Screens 2. Google maps support 3. 2 custom UI controls (will be provided) 4. Developer is encouraged to provide images for wire frames note: All wire frames and flows will be provided to the developer This app is expected to grow quite rapidly within its first year so a strong foundation should be established to expand from.
