Android Unity app with networking in local area network

Android app made in Unity is needed with very simple networking capabilities in local area network via WiFi (NO Internet connection). Android version: 4.4 and newer Unity version: at least 2017.1 App has two modes: "host" to control other devices and "client" to be controlled by host. One host should control many device in real time (at least 40 devices). App in host mode features: - start scene one - change scene (next or previous) on client devics - display list of connected devices with their names (see client features) App in client devices: - display scene indicated by the host device without Internet connection (just local area network WiFi) - add name to the device (to display in the list of connected devices on host device) The scenes themselves are for now irrerelevant. Their content will be created later. The app may be very simple with just functionalities as above, no graphical fireworks (although following Google's material design would be a plus). The app is not designed to be put on Google Play store, so there is no need to worry about complying with its rules.
