We are looking to have a small proof of concept application built that does periodic screen captures for android mobile phones. The term 'screen capture' here means literally the entire visual contents of the Android device. Once the application is started, the user will specify the interval between screen captures, the duration for the background capture daemon to run before exiting, and give their consent to have the screen captured. Aside from collecting these items from the user, the application (i.e.: daemon) has no user interface. The delay between screen captured will be configurable from 1 to 10 seconds. The total time for the daemon to run will be from 1 minute to 10 minutes. Once the user has completed these steps a background daemon process will start and take periodic screen captures and persist them to a on-device location.
