change my iphone apps grafixs and name and also make a new app using this soure code as a base

this is a 2 part project using the same source code i wont curent app sorce and images changed to hauntradar and uploaded and working on my server you will need to make grafixs for "Haunt Radar" maybe a radar with a ghost in it. the second part is to use this source to make another app it will be called "It ill do" this will need new db work as well i would like the app to find bargains on items people have for sale i would like the app to do the fallowing 1.) sign up as seller and buyer 2.) able to list items for sale upload picture and able to write a disription and price and a payment option ie google check out or paypal 3.) buyer able to search by item name 4.) buyer able to contact seller by email to barter price (so seller must ad email adress to listing) 5.) buyer able to make wish list and be alerted when same item is listed these items will be listed for sale in iphone app store but will also need a place for advertising
