We are looking for programmers who can build a multi-language website of educational games (Responsive design, I pad & Android compatible). The website is an online learning platform for 3 -6 year olds and should have a CMS (admin Panel), user login, and payment portal. The program and the lessons should follow the example provided. We want the website with a MYSQL data base to store the results of the games which we can review and report progress and integrate with our existing MySQL data base [login to view URL] I will supply all the games HTML5 and video links and audio files and you will be required to integrate them into a website which will record students, results, progress, performance, and produce reports Requirements of the website: There will be 3 Levels, 2 subjects, the other two levels will be similar in design to the first level below. Responsive, IPad, Android compatible 3 months ongoing maintenance after website has been completed You will also need to create a admin panel that is simple, professional and easy to use U need skills in Jquery/Jquery-mobile / bootstrap / html5 / PHP

Secondly, are you flexible in your set budget of US $1,500 or is it your maximum budget?
