Write an iOS and Android Application with access on GPS and Camera

Hello, I need a programmer for iOS and Android app. You should have already implemented several projects. I expect secrecy and am interested in a long-term cooperation (via different app versions also). The app will be published in English. An app design comes from me. I expect 3 Milestones, a clear programming and code comments. You must be a person of integrity. Coarse need to bring the app following features: Registration via facebook, (instagram,) google plus twitter or Registration with name and email address Users remain logged in, even if app closes (not new log each time) User can edit your profile (photo, delete account, hometown, home country, Favourite Shops) Users can upload photos from their phone / camera Users can provide the photos with tags See users how their photos were rated by other users Users can "follow" other users Users can delete their photos User may finally take the photo from the valuation and post a last comment -> These photos can be viewed in the app in a menu item) The photos are shown to other users, they can vte this photos (good / bad) plus comments Photos from various places (environment) can be filtered -> GPS access - Admin area -> Rename User -> Lock User -> Mail address visible -> Notifications to Users -> Upload photos themselves (as advertisements) Web server and SQL database are available. A detailed briefing will be at the project assignment.
