The user of the application needs to be able to open the app and click to submit their location with option to send up to 4 photos with submission as well as an option for self reporting of locaiton in case GPS fix is unable to be acquired. A secure website needs to be established to accept the users reporting and be able to confirm reporting back with location back to users application with option for user to correct or make changes to the locaiton they reported. I also need to integrate a secure payment method into the application that integrates with the website that is reporting and recording the application users submitted locaton. If the users subscription expires or payment does not process, the users application needs to be non functional. *The application needs to have a minimal interface that is intuitive. Also, the in app alerts from our server need to be available and these alerts will need to show up in the android os notification bar. The application should interface with an automated website that records the locations being reported and replys with an in app notification of confirmation of location reporting. The applicaiton should be customizable as to sound, volume and vibration when alert is received from our automated server. The application should save the location to the users phone and report the location again if the phone loses powerduring location submission. The application needs to be able to retain an individual user identification and this data must be reported when user submits location. I am considering integration with an RFID that can be left at the location the user submits, this RFID would need to be sent to our server for reporting and recording. Application needs to be avaialble on google play for free but once downloaded, a login and subscription must be completed along with secure payment submission and verication. If I could work out a trial period for the subscription where the user is autmatically billed the trial ends, this would be beneficial.

Hi, With exception of automatic payment - all is doable. For payment we can integrate so called "in-app purchase". Payment in that case will go thru google store. I'm not sure that I understand part about RFID. As far as I know RFID will activate itself if it receives signal from reader, so there's no option to send something from RFID to server.
