We manufacture and design metrology instruments for the precision optics markets The application is mostly a machine vision type project. We are taking images through a sample of glass and looking for defects (bubbles, scratches, etc). the existing code does this but when we create a 3D map of the defect positions, the maps places them in the wrong spot. The 2d map is correct but not the 3D. We want to fix the 3D
