Event Planner and night of Event Event Execution
I am hosting a young professionals dinner and launch event for my new organization and student run non-profit called"Generation Change: 100 Young Professional Leaders of Promise of the Future." Our organization is working with the younger generation known as MIllennials to prepare them to become a new generation of global and world leaders of the the future. We want to equip the MIllennial generation with the skills and motivation that they will need to prepare them to be future leaders.
In April our generation change group will hold its launch dinner for our organization. Our venue will be the Silver Spring Civic Center. We are looking for event planning and logistics help for our event. We hope to sell tickets for our event beforehand through the website living social and invite about 150-200 local area summer interns and fellows to our event. The site rental is about 300 for the 3 hour room rental and we need mainly logistics help. We will cater our own food and also have a potluck gathering. We are in need of logistics help for our event including sending out invitations and working on our event program for the evening and setting up and executing the event for the evening. We can afford $500-$800 for the logistics for the event and event date execution of the event for the evening on saturday April, 14th 2017.
