Currently in the pre-sale phase, the quickly growing team is dedicated to opening the first hotels in early 2019. Hotel Network Development Specialist Responsibilities * Creating and coordinating team responsible for realization investment, * Research necessary information about hostelry investment, * Contact with companiesies about their offers and outsourcing service necessary to deliver project, * Ongoing analysis of the real estate market, * Presenting proposals for the location of new facilities, * Assessment of project implementation opportunities, * Conducting trade negotiations with property owners, Piloting the process of concluding final purchase / lease agreements.
