Error in loading theme files while restoring from backup of Magento 2 website

I recently had to recover a backup that was made with Nexcess backup management software. The theme is probably cached as it loads fine at first, after flushing cache and deploying static files it comes up with an error: [Magento\Framework\Exception\FileSystemException] Cannot read contents from file "/chroot/home/thefashi/[login to view URL] html/pub/static/frontend/Pearl/weltpixel_custom/en_AU/css/[login to view URL] " Warning!file_get_contents(/chroot/home/thefashi/[login to view URL] /pub/static/frontend/Pearl/weltpixel_custom/en_AU/css/[login to view URL]): f ailed to open stream: No such file or directory Any Magento 2 experts able to help out on this matter?
