Linux Administration

We are looking for a Linux administrator that can secure our Linux Web Server to start out. This will be a fresh installed Linux server setup with cPanel/WHM and Apache. What we need is: OS Hardening SSH Hardening Apache Hardening Firewall and Anti Virus install & setup ( IPtables IPchains configure and tuning) DNS-BIND setup We are also looking for an ON CALL administrator which can handle most simple tasks within a short amount of time. This could (with the right candidate) expand into full time placement on a salary with us and possibly running a server administration service division. We are currently interviewing companies to take care of what we need above, but would also like to consider freelance administrators as well. Administrators with NO REFERENCES or FEEDBACK need not apply please.
