Needing a Russian lawyer for software contract + disclosure agreement that is close or familiar with all of: software/cyber/agreement/contract law in Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation. I have finished an exclusive software with my software developer that resides in Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation and want to draw up a non-disclosure + software agreement that states the software is exclusive to me my company and my ownership and there are no permissions to distribute, show or even hint public consumption for both parties to sign that IF anything went wrong, both contracts and agreemnts would hold perfectly in a Republic of Bashkortostan, Russian Federation court of law :)

I’m a graduate lawyer in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. I’m studied at one of the government university’s and, of course, I can send to you scans of my graduate documents, if you will want to. So, I have a lot of practice (more then 5 years) in contract law and copyright law and I can do any contracts and agreements perfect, but only in Russian language and in the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. If you will be so kind and will send my a paper «Thank you letter» from Australia after this case it will be enough and I will do this work without any payment at all. P.s. I’m really sorry for my awful English. I’m working on it. Truly. =)
