I am about to take a loan for a new business and the lender requires me to get legal advice beforehand. I don't feel I actually need it but hence it is a requirement I want you to tell them I have obtained appropriate legal advice, that's all. I think it should take less than one hour. Only British nationals please! Only certified lawyers please! If you don't fulfill the two above mentioned requirements resulting in the lender rejecting you as an inappropriate legal advisor the funds will not be released to you.

I am not bidding for your project, but thought I would let you know, from my own personal experience of applying for a business loan. You would be best served by speaking to someone who runs a legal practice. If the loan is anything like the one I applied for, the terms and conditions set out in the application/agreement were such that if the loan was not repaid, or I defaulted on the repayments, the would have the legal authority to enforce me to sell my home to settle the debt. Please, please make sure you get a proper lawyer to go through all the paperwork and do not sign anything unless you are sure. I hope this helps.
