Looking for someone that can provide me with a list of off market real estate deals within Pensacola, FL. If the job goes well I’ll be looking to expand into Los Angeles near LAX as well as in Las Vegas and Arizona. Looking for motivated sellers that need/want to to sell quick. All transactions will be all cash transactions from my investor so that no broker is needed and both parties will save on commission. Pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, probates, mortgage and tax defaults or anyone needing to sell their property fast. Would like the list complied into google spreadsheet with the following info; Property Address (street only) Parcel number or TMK (tax map key) Owners names Mailing address if any City Zip code Type (single family, condo, townhouse etc) Notes In the notes section please provide what type of distress the owner is experiencing ie;foreclosure divorce probate etc. Thanks for looking at my job Post and I look forward to working with you.
