Create SLA Duration and Status Indicators report for SharePoint online Tickets list based on pre-defined SLA settings using SharePoint JSOM, JavaScript, jQuery and HTML. Calculate SLA Duration and Status Indicator for each list item in the list based on Priority. Each priority has specific Hours duration to resolve the ticket. Calculate based on Work week and Holiday settings. See the design mock-up.
