openvidu customization

We need modifications to the original behavior of the openvidu videochat software (Openvidu CE version, [login to view URL]) . In our model, the videoconference becomes a 1:1 video consultation, where only consultants and clients connect via the video service. The rules applied to the consultants are: 1) every consultant can only open 1 room at a time (the calling URL must contain the ID code of the consultant and a password), 2) every consultant can only let enter one client at a time (meaning the next client cannot access the room till the previous client has left or the consultant has closed the previous video consultation). Hence for consultants, the UI must show a waiting list of clients in chronological order of arrival (different colors for anonymous clients and registered customers), and allow the consultant to choose or dismiss clients at will. The rules applied to the clients are: 1) when they try to connect, the clients don't have to register but just must enter a username (anonymous clients) or a customer code (registered customer) in one of the appropriate fields, and accept the terms of the service, 2) till the consultant accepts the video consultation, the client is shown a "waiting room" displaying the total number of clients in front of him and a simple slideshow composed by jpg images. All the UI's must be able to be easily styled with CSS and must support localization, either defined by the connecting browser's language, or forced by a locale code on the calling URL (?l=en for example). The system uses a simple MariaDB or MySQL database to check and retrieve consultant or customer info, and to log the time of start and end of each individual video consultation. We will provide the database schema. The database backend providing the remote API of the database must be written in PHP and should use the ezSQL library ([login to view URL]). The consultant app should be the default videocall app served by the openvidu server. For the clients, we need two distinct consultation apps versions: one done as a very simple Ionic v5 app, and another one as a vanilla JS single web page (suitable for embedding as iframe in any existing HTML page). While the consultant app must reside on the openvidu server, the clients Ionic app and web page, as well as the database and database PHP backend/API can reside on other hosts. We will provide access to an openvidu VPS to the developer.
