I am looking for a React.Js developer that can create a component which will have actions that will fetch data via a GET call, build a form based on the data, and have a handler that will save the data via a PUT call. The data returned will be an array of items between 3-20 and for each item it should display vertically as text. Each item has two attributes: city and position. The user can click on an "edit" button to change the items. This will change the data from text to a form. Each item will have a dropdown list for the cities (which will be populated via another GET call) and a textbox for the position. There should also be an "x" beside each item which they can remove from the list and an "Add Item" button which allows them to add another item to the list Once the user is done they can click save and it should submit the data via the PUT call. Proper form error handling should be handled as well. I've attached a mockup of what I'm looking for. This must be done in React
