I am looking for an independent Freelancer who is expert in Angular 5 and having expert knowledge in integrating backend web APIs with angular. You will need to create Admin Panel with various graphs for statistics and other admin functionalities as well as to create the Client Panel to show details to end users. Details about client and admin panel functionalities are attached in the document. You will also need to make this application responsive and multilingual so you need to have experience developing these kinds of applications before. You will also need to connect to web apis to fetch and store the data to admin and client panel. Web Apis will be provided but you can work with mock/demo data. This is a fixed budget project so please don't do fake bids and ask for details. Read carefully the post and the attached document before you bid cost and timeframe, don't expect me to increase the cost, I know how much it costs to create an angular project.
