I need to build an application for Field Workforce Management. Here is a general overview. Details can be provided to shortlisted candidates Application will have 3 different roles - 1) Admin - can add, remove, update any user 2) Manager - can assign tasks to patrollers 3) Patroller - work of tasks assigned to them I need the backend webservices designed and a web application for admin/manager. Patroller will be using a mobile application and is not within the scope of this work. Complete user management, master data management, Task management is part of this work NOTE - Please bid only if you have expertise in the following stack - Javascript, Angular 4, Spring Webservices and Postgresql
