Make HTML/CSS render on PC and Android - modification job

Hello there a fairly simple project for people familiar with Android and HTML / CSS / javascript - You will for this project already get a large part of the the code needed already so you only need to make minor adjustments. There are a few things I am asking you to do / comply with before even beginning to think about doing this task. RIGHTS All rights to use the modifications made - I have provided a contract for you to sign in connection with the project if you are chosen for the project. You will not rely on any third party software / scripts to solve this that contain any form of copyright and or license terms that are incompatible with the cooperation agreement that you have to upload in signed form, as soon as you have been selected as the winner. This form is attached with the project already, don't bid unless you intend to sign it, not signing the agreement within 24 hours after being selected as a winner is considered automatically forfeiting your bid. THE PAGE MODIFICATION PROJECT I have a page which I wish to be able to render on both an ordinary PC as well as on an Android, the layout in the following code is working as it is supposed to in an ordinary browser. However on the android the phone zooms out and the buttons become stationary in stead of fixed as they are when rendered on a PC with FireFox. Get most of the code you need to alter at [login to view URL] with exception of sound code as for sound I also want sound to be played back as I can in on a PC using FireFox - The page where you can see how I want sound to be embedded can be seen here [login to view URL] What I need is for the page to render with 3X4 icons on screen on the Android mobile telephone and for the buttons to stay fixed on screen as I scroll through the images on the Android like in the example you can fin on under [login to view URL] as I can already do on the PC with FireFox. I need the buttons to stay graphical, so make any tests you do by using the ones you can find at [login to view URL] The page currently needs a Quicktime plugin installed in FireFox, it would be nice not to need that, suggestions welcome. You can link to the sounds and the relevant pictures to use for the modification project from the directories given above. Unless you naturally have a better way that makes the page more compatible with additional browsers while adhering to HTML and CSS / Javascript. Oh and as I will be generating the table information, I only need to see something like 3 examples of sound and icon linking - use the following sounds [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and attach them to the first 3 icons you can see in [login to view URL] - The sounds can be found in [login to view URL] TECHNOLOGY NO FLASH WHATSOEVER ALLOWED! - Only HTML / CSS / Javascript solution is acceptible - No additional plugins or installs to be made.
