JAVA developer or any language for binary classification

I hava binary dataset and I want to make binary classification model . I wanna JAVA developer ( or another language ) To develop program generate combinatorial patterns by logical analysis of data ( LAD) method. There is 3 approaches to generate patterns : TOP-DOWN APPROACH BOTTOM-UP APPROACH HYBRID APPROACH And I want this program show the results for this criteria for each pattern P⁎ the set of observations covered by P.
