The company also requires a web app where the advertiser can upload logos and coupon campaign info for automatically creating a mobile phone coupon with a barcode that can be fulfilled at particpating merchant stores. The barcode technology should be built such that in phase two of our business, this same business system can be activated, or revised, for mobile phone ticketing and event competitions ( mobile lotteries etc.).
