Simple Win Mobile App that launches a URL

APOLOGIES TO EVERY ONE WHO BID AFTER I HAD ALREADY AWARDED THE BID on JAN 23, 2008] I need a simple windows mobile application that does the following: 1. User downloads the application from a web site 2. Application installs on the device, with an icon that displays on the device 3. When a user clicks on the icon, it launches a fixed URL Basically, this is a fancy shortcut/URL launcher with a custom icon. 4. Additionally, I am also requested a bid for a slightly more advanced version of this application where the browser is "embedded" inside this application. The idea here is that it appears as if the html of the URL is being rendered inside my application and not through an external browser application like in the step 3 above 5. If you bid on step 4, then I would also like an option to add some of my own basic menus to this application like Help and About. If you have done an application like this before, feel free to send me a link where I can download it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
