Sales Agent (Content Marketing Specialist) for Large Copywriting Agency

**USA PREFERRED** We need a very strong sales closer/content strategist/content marketing expert to join our large copywriting agency, Express Writers, and take care of finding and reaching out to cold leads. We may have you help with some inbound (forms, webinar leads from our content development specialist, etc) but this is mostly outbound (with a lot of processes and training we've developed - there's SO MANY WAYS to find leads that turn into sales). You should know how to take a lead from interest to a sale and what that entails, from great customer service to convincing them the right way without overselling. We are offering 15% commission (residual for 3 months, on every order your lead places) & a small hourly pay base of $5. (We'd rather have our candidate driven by sales instead of hourly, and rewarded for hard work that way: we've had former successful sales representatives hit $1,500/week in commissions consistently.) We have directions, phone extensions to use, and LOTS of training materials - and a Content Shop ready to sell!! This is a LONG term role for the right person. Someone who is a team player, an expert in content marketing/strategy, and knows how to provide GREAT customer service will be a good fit. Your role success is mainly in developing a strong content strategy for new leads, suggesting best-fit services, using our Content Shop to bid out rates and projects, and getting leads to a point of closing them (seeing them all the way through). Expectations will include consistent notating of a record of client names and sales made after a conversation is started, with a goal of sales/clients brought in to hit weekly. We will hand you processes that we've successfully used to get easy leads (googling the right keywords), will ask for your creativity on new ways to bring in leads.
