Need email marketing campaign from custom servers - 30/10/2017 18:18 EDT -- 2

Need email marketing expert who can send 3500 emails, email marketing campaign using a private email server. again, important, we dont want to use some mickey mouse companies who do too much security and freeze email sending. So want to hire a freelancer who will give us access to good private server with 98% guarantee of emails landing in inbox (not in junk mail please). these will be 3500 emails to our own customers so there is no spamming involved! We can show you all the email content as there is nothing wrong in it. We already tried working with email marketing companies such as Aweber and Mailchimp and others but they rejected our accont, so we need to find a private email server person. the emails need to land 98%+ in the inbox, we need to first do a test to make sure it's working with 5 different email accounts before starting project. the email will be simple text, there is no need to do email marketing design. the from-to email must be our email, and it will show that it was being sent using the server. example: support@[login to view URL] via [login to view URL] Need this done asap, this week or as early as possible. This is a small project. After this we may rehire freelancer to do 100 emails a week. budget for 3500 emails is 30-40usd but for the right freelancer if he can show quality output then we will give little higher.
