I have a new fitness website. We will be selling workout plans and nutrition plans online as well as customized fitness/workout plans and ebooks. I will be an online personal trainer. I need some research done using the google keyword tool. You need to find a list keywords with a LOW keyword competition score and a monthly search volume quite high. Please bid with how many keywords and with what search volume you can produce for me. I am hoping for around 10 really, really good keywords with low competition, completely related and are action keywords. So things like "BUY" would be great. For example, "Buy personal training plan" or "Online personal trainer". As of right now I am aiming more towards female customers so even if you can find words with "Female" "Woman" ect. "Ebook", "Fitness Plans" "Workout plans" ect. I attached some examples:

You also need to produce competition facts. So for the keywords you choose, you need to Google the keywords, see which website shows up first, and see how many links that website has to it containing the selected keywords. Put all the data in an excel document and send to me after.
