I have purchased a church and I am turning it into my office & 1 residential apartment. The building has not been updated in quite some time so we are doing a complete exterior overhaul. We are replacing the roof, Windows/doors, soffit/facia/eaves, we are also going to repaint the brick & apply siding over the rear cinder block addition, we are also going to repave the parking area, put in a new section of fence, a new sign out front, and also some new landscaping as well. We are not 100% sure what color scheme we want to go with so I would like to see a few different renderings before we go ahead and spend all the money to purchase the materials. We are really liking the All Black idea, but i am too nervous to go ahead with that until i see it rendered, and not before I also see another option or 2. For Scale - The front door of the church is 5" wide. Window Sizes: as follows: Bathroom - 15w x 42h (x2) Driveway side windows - 15 x 87.5 (x8) - diamonds 9.5x13w (x4) Front & Side Large Windows (quantities include both areas): Lower Portions: 11x49 (×6), 19x57 (4) - rectangle - no shape at top, Diamonds 7x10w Upper Portions: 19×58 (×4), Diamond 12x17w (2) Stair well 17x65 (x2) Here is a link with some photos of the building: [login to view URL] I have also attached some other docs for reference. one is a concept for the sign that will be out front, one is a birds eye view drawing of the roof, one is a hand drawing of the interior floor plan (to scale 1square = 1 foot) others are images that we have for inspiration of what the building would/could look like If you would like to look up the property on Google, the address is: 18 Tannery St E, Cambridge, ON, Canada
