The cartoon will be the centrepiece of a cover for a book for 10-year old children, teaching them how to do a particular type of exam. It should look fluid and curved and hand-drawn, and should enthuse the children that the book will be fun to do, while still looking professional so the parents will be happy to pay for it. Detail of the specification are given in the attached Word document.

I have looked at your Requirements, and I think that this will be a fun and entertaining project. I would really like to work with you, and would be extremely happy if you chose me to with you. If you are unsatisfied with my work, or want m to change it, i will be happy to oblige. I would probably do a sketch first, then Start with Inkscape to create the perfect Character for you. Although i have no experience with freelancing, I'm sure I'll do a good job, at a cheap price.
