Build me a business website

I'm starting a market research company and need a developer to design and build a modern, fully branded website and easy-to-use to use content management solution that will enable me to keep predefined areas of the site up-to-date as well as integrate social media accounts and enable targeted lead generation activities. Development: The site would be built using open source and free Wordpress website management solution, with generic CSS, XHTML application of brand identity and plug-ins. Browser Support: The website will be designed to work on modern standards compliant internet browsers. The site will be optimised to work effectively on the latest smart phones and devices running webkit browsers, and a custom mobile stylesheet will be designed to create an optimal experience. On page widgets: Images and Galleries - Content sections on page (eg. Service description) - Lead generation Contact form - Footer Built in and tracked contact mechanism: in a professional, simple form format, with email notifications to predefined email addresses User manager: Developer should be able to allocate user rights to different team members to change content in predefined areas on the site Social Media: An important part of the new online ecosystem will be the use of social media platform integration to help promote our own social accounts to the target audiences on our own social channels. Hosting: I already have the hosting taken care of. I will grant access details upon project commissioning. Branding & Content: The website branding would take a steer from the existiing company logo and colour palette. Any additional visual guidelines would be provided upon project commissioning.
