Convert design to Wordpress DIVI! theme + Wordpress Plugin

It's important that all elements are editable with the Divi drag and drop editor not just an WordPress theme. 2. We also want an Wordpress plugin. To post all contact form's in the site to UPP.io. We have an API available, to push it to Upp. Its important that we have an plugin we can publish in the Wordpress plugin store. So also other Wordpress users can use it if they want to integrate Upp. How should the plugin work: - After installing, you should give your UPP API key. - We should get all fields in the Account object and show it in the Wordpress Settings. - Here you can select what fields you want to include in your custom form. - You should also be able to set the page name of the Thank you page - If ready it should generate an tag, you can add in your wordpress template. 3. If any form is Submitted, we should store the email in an cookie. Some notes: - We already bought an licence to use the Divi editor. - All Source Codes / Rights should be transferred to us, after doing the payment. - Its important to use GIT, all updates, branches, commits should be shared with us, so we can review the steps created.
