Business System The successful candidate will be required to build an admin and client access panel / portal with dashboard, service campaigns and specific pages using an MVC/HTML template already procured from another developer. CLIENT REGISTRATION AND CAMPAIGN MANAGER 1. Create user registration form incl validation with two factor authentication 1.1 User password retrieval option 1.2 Email confirmation on registration, account activation, acceptance of terms, new service campaigns, purchases, etc. 2. Admin Portal and Client Portal (Could be same same pages but depending on user roles will only show specific menu items. 3. User Profile (Will supply information as to which data fields required in DB to be stored) 4. Service campaign criteria selection page creation 5. Service product calculation selection creation (in other words, when a logged in client selects a service item it should automatically calculate the totals, etc.) 6. Campaign summary page creation 7. Auto Invoice page creation with online (PayFast and PayPal) payment gateway integration 8. Email confirmation on invoice creation with invoice as PDF as attachment sent to both the client and to us CLIENT PORTAL 1. Dashboard displaying current open and closed campaigns 2. Campaign page to have calendar component to display appointments as a visual guide. Also to show table with open appointment statuses in either day, week, month or as an agenda view. 3. Creation of Hot Appointment page (will provide clarity to successful candidate) ADMIN PORTAL 1. Access to office users with designated roles only 2. Dashboard with summary of all registered users (clients), Open and Closed campaigns (as created by clients), etc. 3. User Manager - Able to create, activate, close or suspend user profiles. Ability to reset user passwords if required 4. Campaign Manager - By selecting (from a dropdown) as an example the client name, apply a specific service to a specific client campaign.
