Need a backend android developer to work with me for 1-2 hours on css for an existing app. Full size images do not fill the screen on all devices. 4" tablets are fine, smartphone has bottom border, etc., and if inverted, then tablets scroll vertically while smartphones are fine. If successful on this, a long term relationship is wanted. We have numerous apps in development and need css/html skills added to our group.
