Make main container should "inherit" height from nested div with position absolute

I have a main container. Inside of this container two divs exist. First div with position relative; Second div with position absolute; So the two divs overlap eachother - starting from the same top point. The issue is that the main container dont "inherit" the height of the second div (because its position absolute) and only inherits the height of the first div. Have working LIVE example to debug on. Need someone to look at this now.
