html5 FORMS swf player, video player

AUTOMATED BIDS WILL BE REPORTED SAMPLE GUI ATTACHED Basically you have to work more with FORMS and update them dynamically (xml) - swf, html5 video are easy to add. But the FORMS are the CORE of this project. I need a html gui (1280x720) divided in 3 columns that will allow me: 1, column 1, it will play a swf file and it will have a form that will update an xml file dynamically (real time) so it will update the swf. (you don't need to create the swf, only the FORM to pass the values to xml). 2. column 2, a simple html5 player that will allow me to add a TEXT overlay (drag and drop) for 10 seconds only, I choose the start and end points of it, ie: video last 60 seconds, I can choose to add the text in second 20 to 30 only , and only will be displayed for 10 seconds over the video on seconds 20 to 30. You create the form to add text, start time, end time, button to select video from files, duration of video, default text duration 10 secs. 3. column 3, an html template to add a video that takes 20% of the preview and an image (I can add), so I should be able to select a video from the pc/mac, it will only play for 10 seconds and then loop, I can choose the background color too (color picker). There is more work after this, this is only a proof of concept.
